John White, age 29, was arrested on Monday, April 19, on one count of armed assault with the intent to maim, after stabbing another man, who has elected to remain anonymous, in his genital region. When questioned, White referred to the act as, "Involuntary cock and ball torture." Officials are looking into tacking on an additional sexual assault charge as a result of this.
