In the past 24 hours, Queen Elizabeth has suffered a terrible accident with her dearest royal horse 'Aureole' when she fell off the animal while taking her daily riding.
She was immediately transferred to King Edward VII's private hospital at approximately 15:45 (GMT) on Wednesday, June 30th.
