On January 8th police were called to the scene of a oscar. J
Boldt construction site ans were startled and sickened when they arrived on the scene. One construction employee when entering an onsite porto pottt was shocked after lifting the lid and heard splashing. The employee left the porto potty and authorities were called. Officers on the site orded a woman out from under the seat. The woman who got out covered in feces later was identified as Alycia loehr of Sheboygan wi. She is currently in the towns mental institution awaiting evaluation.
