Loudoun County Public Schools Bans phone use at all highschools. In 2015 parents started to complain that their children were too distracted with phones, and that their children came home with reports of no one paying attention due to the tolerance of cell phones in school. Sue Ross, principal at Loudoun Valley, was said to report on this situation saying “Were going to set new policies at play restricting more of what they can do”. The problem is this situation isn’t just at Loudoun Valley. There was a closed doors meeting Friday May 31st at Loudoun County’s School Office building. They’ve concluded that they will ban the use of all Cellular devices at their Highschools, including Loudoun Valley, Woodgrove, Riverside..E.C.T.
