Carmen Marquez and her sister were coming back from the pools, when out of no where a car speeding by, hit the car, Carmen wasnt wearing a seat belt, when cops and ambulance got there Carmen was continuous and at the hospital she passed. It was 9:18P.M. when the nurses confirmed her death.
