Rachel Phillips, age 44, died in a major car accident on Saturday, April 4th, 2020. She was survived by her husband, Greg, and her two children, Cassie and Aaron. Extended family includes her mother, Sandra Engman; her siblings, Jan Noonan, Jay Noonan (Lori), Jim Engman (Marie), Renee Engman (Matt), Paul Engman (Betsy), and Mark Engman (Michelle); her nieces and nephews, Zach, Olivia, Collin, Alex, Ethan, Evan, Claire, Dane, Tim, Emily, Elizabeth, and Eric. She was found on the side of the road at 9:00 pm on Saturday. Please keep her in her prayers as her family mourns over her.
