River point Gated Community Resident called 9-1-1 after seeing 3 teens running out of a vandalized fence. She claims have seen them take it apart and sneak in to a neighboring house. If you find any information about these teens please contact the Waterford Police. School administration provided names and pictures of 2 boys, the other could not be identified. Angel Vargas Concepcion (top right) and Armando Hernandez (bottom right) are to be found and pay damages and time in Juvenile Hall.
