As we all know, Fortnite used to be the most popular game, back in 2018. But this game did not age very well. In January of 2021, the game’s monthly player count has gone down to only 31 million, the lowest since December 2017. Epic Games made $1,990,000 in revenue in January, but spent $2,130,000 on servers. Due to this, Epic Games is shutting down all servers, effective April 30th.
