Joshua Lee Minton, age 19, arrested on October 22. In Rome Georgiabfor a investigation warrant. Minton was taken into custody then transported to Calhoun County facility where he was later taken into questioning for the homicide that happened on 211 south center Ave on Thursday October 18th. Minton was later charged with justified homicide and his bond was set at $250,000.
