After the news broke yesterday that Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán had given up fighting the law, thousands of members of the Sinaloa Cartel, the Mexican mob Joaquín formerly led, held a rally in an effort to try and free the former criminal. They were seen flying banners outside the death house he is awaiting his execution in. They were also seen shouting “Free El Chapo!” and waving pieces of paper that read “Justice For El Chapo”, though the Colorado Police refused to acknowledge the criminals’ protests, despite the amount of people outside the building.
