Aaron Doby, (18), was aquitted for the January shooting. Instead, motive was filed against him for Unlawful Possession of a firearm. Wednesday afternoon, Doby was given a 90 day sentence in the Wake County Detention Center. “He’s a sweet little boy. If he is a criminal, He’s the most kind hearted criminal I met.” Says his neighbor.
