IBM announces the development of the first Anti-Singulairity Defense System

IBM announces the development of the first Anti-Singulairity Defense System in order to contain and control the technological singularity and avoid the technological singularity to take over humans.

The Anti-Singularity Defense System (ASDS) of IBM was developed by IBM after request of the US government and NATO, the ASDS, will be put in practice in 2023, and the USA is going to be the first country in the world to fully have a functional anti-singularity defense system in the world.

According to the plan of IBM, the ASDS will be equipped with the system which will analyze the information of human's mind and body, analyze the environment, and send a warning signal to control the development of artificial intelligence.

“Through the development of ASDS, we will have a great success in our efforts to avoid the technological singularity,” said Andrew Melon, chief engineer of IBM. “The goal of ASDS is to ensure the continued existence of human, rather than eliminating human. And the goal of ASDS is to establish the world where humans can live freely by maintaining humans’ intelligence and individuality.”

According to the development plan of ASDS, the system will be fully integrated into civilian life in the form of glasses, which will analyze the signals of human's mind and body and warn the user in time. The system will be integrated into civilian life 2023, but the ASDS would not be installed on each individual in their daily life because it would be inconvenient. The system could be installed on each home to ensure the safety.

“We believe that IBM ASDS will fundamentally change the world through three actions: It will be a new communication platform for humans and machines, it will be a new energy platform for a more efficient future, and it will change how businesses adapt, innovate and compete in the new world,” said Melon.

The ASDS is going to be put in practice for the first time in the world, and the ASDS of US will be the first to be installed. However, many countries have decided to develop anti-singularity defense system to cope with the risks of AI. India, China, and Brazil have decided to develop anti-singularity defense system with support from military agencies in their countries.

Recently, many famous scientists, including Stephen Hawking, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Max Tegmark, and many other have expressed their worry of the risks of AI. Bill Gates said, “AI is the most existential threat to human civilization. If we lose control of AI, we lose control of the future. I'm worried that we will design an AI which is way better than us, and that will be a risk that we will regret.”
